Continue to administer Zicam every two hours for the next two days...I'm betting that your symptoms will be virtually gone by this evening....36 hrs. By the way...there is nothing that precludes your using an oral decongestant to ameliorate symptoms....Howard even suggested Nyquil the first night....After the first night, you probably need nothing and the side effects of medication outweigh their value... I applaud you for trying it.
