You are right about the market cap Mark. But they also have a track record to go with it. In the investment community people wonder if this company is capable of ever doing anything wrong... :)... This isn't to say that Amati would be in trouble because of Ascend entering the market. Amati should be able to come up with the best product since they understand this technology inside out & have the best brains in the technology working for them.
