Normally, brokers will take a small company to the IPO stage to earn fees but once the issue is floated will forget the name of the issuer within days. I don't know how soon the site for Equiverse will up and running but the vision for its business is to take advantage of rules and regulations changes, brought on by new technology, forcing a more equitable marketplace benefiting all investors.
