I originally went to the site to see if USAB was even rated at all. Yes, it is. The number of online banks, though, is even larger than I suspected. If you pick almost any other bank to do a direct comparison, USAB in many cases shows lower ratings. But your point about starting out at no.20 is taken. Not bad. Looking for improvements soon.
