Bully, I tend to agree..but the value of IP report in this case is not so much what it contains(call the company and they will tell you it looks great!) but what it represents....the final bit of information needed to cut the financing deal.(IMO!) Recall that often compliance departments of investment entities require the actual report be in their possession prior to allowing them to proceed. Cheers.
