Jon - very good news IMO. The new folks add credibility to ANYI and make the next earnings report that much more important. They sure seemed to have followed this thread.

I expect the bleeding over Sitra and Yost to stop, although I imagine Sitra had some kind of parachute to cover himself. Now maybe ANYI can get down to the business of becoming a legitimate internet company.

Now if only BANY can pick itself up. They are planning to be at COMDEX in November? I sure hope that still happens, and I hope they can figure out how to trade on the BB again.

I guess if Schick and company really couldn't figure out why the price was going down it must have been due to selling from those with little confidence in Sitra, or perhaps Sitra was up to something we'll find out about later.

I sure hope the pressure was due to Sitra's reputation, and now that better management is taking over some folks will revisit ANYI. I am most glad to see that ANYI figured out what was wrong and they took action to fix it quick, although I wish they had done it back at the $3 level.

Also, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that BANY figured out a way to sell some ANYI. I know they said they wouldn't, and I know its been said that they are not supposed to be able to sell without letting anyone know (?), but it has made no sense that so many shares continued to flood the market at levels this low. I think the trouble Yost got into previously with the SEC had something to do with unauthorized selling of shares. If anyone at ANYI is listening, please check into this. Thanks.
