what I was thinking is that a secondary will be planned shortly after the merger, but he first float will be the PTVL shares, I am no expert on this particular thing. Yes per the 1 for 1 ratio and the 30% stake the calc is 46M shares, and I would not believe they would all be out in float. I could have sold higher, should have I guess, but I am holding this as a long term trade, for minumum till the merger, the number of low priced shorts has been large which will give a boost if this thing runs
