briand --- When TYCO was clobbered last week by the Prudent Bear letter the stock took a beating from 103 to 83 based upon accounting irregularities . Today ML made it focus one stock and management came out last Thursday and defended the stock . Where is McGinn ---even if the issues are true he should be addressing or be out in front with a game plan to handle any issues . The quiet is causing more doubt instead of helping the stock . At least the company came say if they will meet earnings estimates and eliminate half the battle ? BEST WISHES BILL
