You are right to have concerns...God is not a beggar and there are those who say that they are from God who put guilt trips on the masses.....this is not of God...I too left a church when I was asked to fill out a "membership" form that asked for Amt. of salary...when I left that form blank, I was approached the next week in church...and was very politely reminded that I forgot to fill it in.....I replied that I did not forget....but instead, chose not to......In any case I am not a member of that church any more....But I am a member in God's true church..His heart...I have attended many churches and found much of the same....in all denominations....what I have decided is..
