Hi Steve,
Talked to BlackHawk today.They said they are still in Negotiations with their bankers reguarding their hedging program.No date for a news release as of yet.
Seems to me that the bankers that force companies to hedge,
should be held some-what accountable for the position they put the company in, after all, the company did not want to go that route, they were forced into it to get financing.
Just my opinion.
