<< I merely mentioned that aspect since the material reasons to take a position in BAY are not sufficient in all appearances . >>

If you are a very conservative investor, I would agree. But if you can tolerate some measured risks, this is not true at all... what more reasons do you need?

<< You portray the situation as though the appearances are sufficient. The only action factor is POS.>>

I believe they are and that once the details are confirmed (recovery rates, new resource calculation and starter pit characteristic), the stock will not need any help from the POS to triple from here.

You may not know that many seniors have signed confidentiality agreement with BAY and are watching the play. They will likely bid when all the data is in and confirmed. My bet is that CDE will buy it.

We have seen this over and over again in the mining biz... Barrick taking over Sutton at 2X the stock price, Homestake taking over Argentina Gold... Ashanti over Samax...

Why do you think it is not possible with BAY, if this Alamo Dorado deposit is truly exceptional... and I think it is.

<<Investing in tech has nothing to do with it and the NAZ cats and dogs are jumping always independently of whether there is bear market or crash happening in full gear. You certainly can't say that about silver or other PMS. >>

I think we certainly agree on the more cyclical natuire of the mining sector. There are very few growth story there. But if a real bear take place in WS, I doubt that even the best tecks will be able to stay afloat with the current valuations.
