Regarding: <WHY is this stock this cheap? Why would anyone sell ISSI at these prices?> Maybe the MM'ers are selling to themselves or each other. The small trading volume allows them (until earnings come on October 28th.) It appears, IMHO, to be a game. The most negative thought may be that Q100 earnings need to occur (when the higher pricing hopefully gets reflected in ISSI earnings) before we head to 20+. I look to the earnings report to discuss the ISSI-Taiwan IPO schedule (which adds additional value to the stock longterm). I wish I could buy more (having added in the mid-eights).
