I phoned the office of the sec today and spoke to a representative who I think is a lawyer himself and he basically told me that investigations of this sort can take years to complete and my response was that are we not entitled to a fair and due process, which he countered(this is.)

I asked him to comment on the lawyer handling the case and if anyone was checking it out to see if in fact she has a conflict of interest in the case with SLUP, and his comment was why don't you phone her and ask her and see if she will tell you. To think that the SEC can be arrogant about an issue that affects hundreds of shareholders that have done nothing wrong except to invest in a company that looks promising with a great new product.

He also made a comment to me regarding this thread and he or someone in that office is obviously monitOring this thread because he made reference to hawkeye's postings.

I urge ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO WRITE OR PHONE THE SEC UNTILL WE GET A CONCLUSION TO THIS SITUATION.

If you are a shareholder also post on this thread because they are listening and they usually only listen when the majority of people want answers, this will not get settled by a few individuals speaking up, we need a chorus of investors demanding an ending to this situation and a FAIR AND IMPARTIAL PROCEEDING
