I guess anyone who bought a ticket or two for Stockett's Y2K celebration on the refurbished train needs to ask for a refund, yes? At least we know that some of the cars have been moved in one fashion or another, if that post is to be taken at face value.

If he's having drawings made for the siding then he must have a particular property already lined up and at least under option if not outright purchased. Why wouldn't he have issued a press release on that property acquisition, or have I missed it? That would make him uncharacteristically shy of publicity...

Given the way bureacracies run I wouldn't expect him to get anything definitive from UPRR any time soon, unless it's an "agreement in principal" which can mean anything you want it to mean.

Nothing further on the cement plant acquisition that was to close last month, nothing further on the coal train haulage of cement in 12 ton bags, nothing further on the development of the bags themselves which certainly would warrant lots of publicity on behalf of HTEH and US Cement...
