IBM is on the high end where they say the affects are being felt. Dell is on the mid and low end where IDC states no
affects are being felt; actually the opposite. But. who cares.

Yes, IBM did talk about low end vs. high end, actually more like Wintel vs. all else. Read this, and feel a bit better?:
