according to every survey ever done across a broad range of equities at any given time, "buy buy buy" is ALWAYS the mantra. the only problem is most people still believe that "analysts" somehow analyze stocks and report objectively on them. The ugly truth is that the analysts are simply salesmen, who receive bonuses based on how much stock of a clients company they can dump on the market, and at what price.
