I'm sorry, I didn't catch who licensed that last bit of FRAM. On the surface the report looks good. A profit we haven't seen in years. However, keep in mind that FRAM license ($3.5 million) is non-recurring revenue. Which means it won't be there next quarter. Considering net profit was about one-tenth of that license fee, Ramtron's P&L would really be hurting without the license. Frankly, I'm troubled by reduced EDRAM sales. Recall #reply-11448252 et al. Let's see, what are they saying... 13 million shrs oust and 886,000 preferred shrs oust. Anyone want to look into this? I popped over to Edgar and saw all those Form 4's and it scared me. I'm afraid to look. In short, Ramtron has a lot of work ahead before it can claim sustainable profits. I'm still looking for the part that discusses the new kick-ass management team that's going to turn this company around.
