Glenn was right on until you got to a 40% discount. The value of the a companies holdings does not include possible tax consequences. MKTY's value will reflect the dollar worth of PLUG- not the value less taxes. Now there may be some reflex selling of those who bought mkty for the ipo - but unless there's some other figure i'm missing MKTY looks like a decent idea
