I have pretty much avoided the wireless side except where it overlaps with some of the wire-line equipment providers I own. I follow Gilder but I think the convergence of technology is going to take a lot longer than most believe.

I am a buy the dip kind of guy and so I was hoping for a market crash to buy into some of the big players. The stocks of the big broadband players refuse to retrench. <no g> BTW I own Antc on a net basis of $41 and I think some dippers will jump on that one at $41. <g>

I am long on USW, GBLX and QWST but not with full positions yet. I will stay long on QWST/USW going into the shareholder vote on November 2nd. I don't like LVLT no matter how their stock trades and TGO looks like a second string player.

I am spooked by the MFNX debt offering and the planned lump sum sale of shares by insiders. Looks like a cash out to me and their revenue isn't showing up. Stocks in this position usually bounce after the offering and then tank.
