Let me "connect the dots" (oh noooo)lol.
So far my thought process has been ok on this one. Got in heavily early. Closed out some just prior to and the rest on the announcement expecting the disappointment over the partner and general sell on the news action. Started climbing back in not so heavily yesterday and then again today (avg 11 1/2).
The low today touched the m/a I use (28 day) quite perfectly. I believe that the profit takers and shorts have had their action. I think with the volume so far that this level can be considered a new base. I expect an up day tomorrow or at least march in place then up. I'm glad that the e site announcement follows the partner announcement so as to wash out the sellers and grant re entry. When the e-site comes an uptrend may resume. I expect at least a lower top short term, some sideways action and only after a week or few of consolidation can it budge higher from there to new highs. That last part is where i get fuzzy cause I have to gage the market by what i see and do my best. Long term I really admire the company's vision and style so I expect success but mgt has to be good of course cause the toy biz is tough.
That's my speculation and I'm sticking to it (and reserve the right to change my mind). BTW, with the previous announcement out mgt must be ready or near ready with the site or they would have stayed mum till ready. Real soon I am sure. good luck.....tomster
