OT My buddy is the finish carpenter on a home on Winnipisaki (sp) $4M and these guys will be lucky to see $1M resale. Ex CEO of Compaq same thing, but when CPQ to a dump he slowed down, although he does have a $1M rock wall!!!! I've been wanting to buy the last 14-16 months I have watched the price go fron $75/sqft to now $110/sqft... It seems every time I call on a house it's sold 2 days after on the market and the agent says we have another but it's $5K more... This is in southern NH...
