Steve --

Since you seldom post here, I had no idea SteveG would be you. You say:

<<<Our mutual friend John (owner of our favorite cafe) told me that you told him that Amati was paying for your flight and accomodations to attend last February's Comnet as their representative. . . .And when you and I spoke on the phone prior to your leaving for Comnet, you all gave me the impression that you would be there representing Amati.>>>

I'm appalled that you could say this. I never said that to John because it's not true. Yes, Amati welcomed me to their booth as a major shareholder. I never represented them, I was never paid, nor was I reimbursed for anything. When we spoke, I told you I would be meeting people in the booth who had followed my posts here and wanted to meet me. If I gave you the impression by meeting them I would be representing the company, I'm sorry.

What I don't understand is why you would post here without calling me to verify? Are you shorting Amati again?

Incidentally, John is not a mutual friend. When I asked if he knew you, he said, "No, he comes here for coffee. I don't know anything about him."

Clearly he didn't know you would manipulate friends and contacts to your own advantage.

Regards,

Pat
