Dear Father Terrence, The Clinton administration is offering to help Russia finish construction of a strategic radar defence site in return for Moscow's agreement to renegotiate a key missile defence treaty, reports in US media say. news.bbc.co.uk What a amazing proposal;- but In view of Y2k, I think "informing" Boris about all the faulty "micro chips" underhanded introduced to them as latest U.S.A "defense technology" during the cold war days would be a much better idea.
