zdnet.com According to my thinking, this tax would hit DSL modems, but not cable modems. Does that sound right? ...you need a speedy PC 450 MHz or up to enjoy the benefits. Interesting. I always thought it was a bit of a myth that an old 486 PC can surf the Web as well as a PIII, when one has fast Internet access, but I haven't really tested this theory out. Tom
