Mark, got into CCUR at $9.25 a few days ago after looking at the chart (after reading your suggestion to look at the chart).

Fundamentals do not look particularly good but the technicals are telling a completely different story. It is a story of consistent, systematic, accumulation. As a very wise one once said, "when the FA and the TA don't agree..." It will be interesting to see what the fundamental change is that confirms the solid technicals.

Think your upper-teens target looks quite doable.
