I tried to use the trendline I discussed earlier on the QQQ today. It doesn't work. What I did come up with was a line from the Sept 1998 high, which holds support at the lows on May 99, Aug 99, and OCT 99(just 3 days ago). I usually don't depend on a trendline unless it has been hit 3 or more times. I am a bit hesitant to rely on this one too since the last one I had on the QQQ was hit twice in March 99, once in April 99, and three times in May 99. When it closed below that line 2 days in a row I went short.....needless to say we went on to major new highs by July.

BTW I just heard on the radio and heard the guy say if the S&P opened right now in the U.S (based on the futures & fair value) it would be down almost 100 points. Can that be?
