Rude--- I purposely left my laptop at home for this overnight trip. I did not wish to check in the office except my phone messages. I checked into a Holiday Inn in NJ this afternoon. There is this wood wall cabinet and inside a NOKIA 17" flat screen and a CPQ mouse & keyboard. I have not seen what is being used as a server or ??? locked in the lower cabinet or in another part of the building. This is a pilot project by a company called PC ROOMLINK. The service is free,, figure that out or it is just a pilot test so no fees YET! When I get home I will call the company and see what else I can find out,,, Turn on the screen, take the mouse out of its holder hit 'search'and YAHOO shows up,,, very nice! Soon to have all MSFT OFFICE apps available... sure would help me stay in Holiday Inns instead of others I prefer and I may have bought my last laptop... |
