With CA a 31 bil capitalized co and INPR being a 31 mil co, such a purchase would be small change for CA. They acquired Cheyenne for 1.2 Bil in 96 and Legant for 1.8 Bil in 92 so it's about time for another acquisition. Real question is what strategic advantage INPR product mix would bring to the CA current inventory of software products. There seems to be some overlap.
