They're building like nuts here in Chicago.... can't last at this pace, but builders are just carps... keep sucking until the buyers are gone, then swim away. Who cares if you're in the middle of a project, let the bank finish it. It'll be no different this time, except maybe that there won't be any baby boomers home hunting to fuel the next upturn, everyone I know has at least one new home, and a couple of new cars! Wall street know's it too, look at the car and housing stocks! DAK
