ISPYOIL --

You need to do two things concerning the following statement:

<<They should have leaped at the Texaco offer!Meantime Questar will drill them right out of their working interest. (In the oil business if one partner wants to drill and the other can't come up with his share of the well cost, the poorer partner just effectively loses his asset.)>>

1). Tell us the DETAILS of the Texaco offer;
2). What is Ultra's cost of the current Questar wells + future well costs? (I think the common understanding is that Ultra's "cost" of drilling was giving Questar 50% of Ultra's interest when the June deal was done. But. . . You are the EXPERT. Please explain.)
