Tough market.

I'm not a big fan of share buy-backs as it doesn't really "increase earnings". There are two camps to this debate. I'd rather see them re-invest the money in their business either through acquisitions or upgrades internally. Now that's using money wisely, IMO.

Buying back shares only increase earnings in the short run but does not really add value in the long-run as it doesn't increase their sales / bottom line.
