While on that topic, I have noticed, like all of you, I am sure, that platinum is looking very strong. Two questions: 1) could Russia and South Africa be forming a sort of mini cartel and holding back on exports to drive the price up - I would if I were those two countries; and 2) does anyone know anything about North American Palladium - I had never heard of it until yesterday?
