But BAY is still in control and has issued capital only when needed. That is why there is only 10 millions shares out. You wont see too often in the market, a mining company with so few shares out that has control on a deposit like Alamo Dorado. <<Other or big players will take a company in the worst directions effectively ruining it and then effectively abandoning it. The proprietors end up in debt. See Royal Oak. >> ROyal Oak is rather unique. There are not too many similar case. <<This has nothing to do necessarily with great expectations about performance and the ensuing greed to retain worth. After all, that's all we have here. >> Well there is nothing wrong with having great expectations and the desire to build a company from nothing. I think we have more than expectations in BAY case. We have some exceptional facts that support a very promising future. Despite the risks inherent to the mining business, the case is very bullish for BAY. I'll be happy to discuss these facts if you so desire.
