Comments - BNO Paul: I haven't looked at Benton Oil in over two years, when I last met Mr. Benton at the Howard Weil conference in New Orleans. Unfortunately, I'm heading to a week-long conference tomorrow morning, so I won't be able to look at this in any detail until Wednesday at the earliest. If I remember correctly, two years ago Mr. Benton had some sizeable related-party transactions on the books which were frowned upon by some on the street. Perhaps that is a factor in the current discount? This is obviously speculation on my part since I haven't looked at BNO a very long time. Razor
