I think the perception of the street is that the spinoff will raise cash for MMWW, which will in turn allow Metamor to pay down some of its debt. This reasoning may be a bit simplistic, but earlier when I was taking a gander at MMWW, I immediately noticed that they are sitting in a lot of debt, relative to the sector. So news affecting their debt in a positive way will likely raise the shr price and keep it up.....I don't know that it will retrace the move at all. It looks like its headed for $30.
