WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- A group including Greenway Partners L.P. reported a 4.6% investment stake in LTX Corp. (LTXX). In a filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it 500,000 common shares on Oct. 14 at $15.11 a share, and currently holds 1.68 million shares of the Westwood, Mass., company.
