Jeff, Rambus doesn't benefit. Intel makes them look like the bad guy. Intel benefits because they can point their finger at Rambus as being at fault making themselves look like the good guy. If Rambus is at fault then Intel is not. Rambus can't pull Intel out of this very large pile on dung, but Intel can pull Rambus out! Intel gets to wipe a little egg off their face now, and Rambus will get their chance in the sun a little later. JMHO. Time for me to catch some zzzzz's now. Good luck to all in the morning!
