How else would you state the stock record of a newsletter? I have seen such records of other newsletters published before as enticements. I would suggest that just stating the facts for the record is fine. Printing the reasons why a firm does not meet the Telecosm model, and matching the timeliness of the original distribution would certainly change the value of a paid for subscription, but not a one shot such as this. In my opinion.
