BANY files its 10 in mid-May and it still hasn't cleared SEC comments over 5 mos later, right?

Now, CLWK(Clearworks) files a 10 on JUNE 30, 1999 to avoid a de-listing that would have occurred this week and lo and behold, they clear SEC comments literally days before the deadline...3 1/2 mos soup to nuts.

Thoughts anyone?
