You might well be right. I have also thought that with
Tungsten prices going up, that there will be a lot more
interest in the project. The Tungsten meetings have
been going on (annual), and the word is that China, which
produces 85 % of the world supply of tungsten, may
stop exporting the metal but keep it for internal uses,
and so this would put huge pressure on other suppliers
to come up to meet world demand. The US has about a year's
stockpile to handle the bullet needs, but that's about
it.
