no, what is going on is that susquehanna thought they were getting in a pp ~ they shorted it hard in anticipation of getting the pp shares on the cheap and surprise, didn't get them... Cell Pathways went to MSDW, Vulcan Ventures, GS, etc. So susq in cahoots w/ Avalon is continue to milk this down. They'll leave the small potatoes holding the bag when the prostate results get released and the nda is approved. There's no institutional support and they've worked it down from 12 to the 6's. They are starting to cover and they need new blood to sell them shares... hence the call for new shorts. Last one out loses. The drug works and the business plan is proceeding no problem. That's cold comfort w/ this kind of blatant manipulation.
