Who is "They?" the Gnomes of Switerland? Uh, I think you missed one big three letter acronym in your little rant there. Perhaps you are an insider who has not yet fessed up? Oh sure MSDW, Vulcan Ventures et al. What a croc Mgmt could not even wipe their shoes.

"Walked it down" Pffft, I would have loved it if "they" were not able to do that, as I could have gotten off far more at far higher prices. I think you better sign up for Investing 101 at your local JC.
