A more Revolutionary idea: get rid of the Republican and Democratic Parties, then dismantle the federal structure and replace with a state confederacy. Decentralize the power and return it to the people. Even more revolutionary? How about returning to the Bill of Rights? Not the "economic bill of rights, the patient bill of rights or the consumer bill of rights" -- none of which are rights. I mean the REAL Bill of Rights! FT
