Anand's tests weren't quite rigged....

The BX chipset generally outperforms the VIA chipset by 3% to 10% at the same clock speed:

But Anand's "memory test" always compares 133 VIA to 100 BX, implying that this is a valid characterization of the difference in memory performance, rather than the difference in chipset performance. Those tests would have been much more meaningful had they included runs at 100MHZ on the VIA board.
