steve My wife is home with my young son and her sister's son every weekday. I'm not judging anybody here -- some must have both parents working for their daily necessities. However, there is so much in our society that diminishes children as less than what they are: individual human beings. Many times I have been out with my son and some have admired his physical characteristics, but let him speak and some make little or no effort to understand what he is saying. Maybe he's only talking about a car or a truck he's seen or some adventure he's had lately. My wife worked in day care for a few years -- some would drop off their kids on days they weren't working. Someone kills and adult they get one sentence, kill a child and our society says its not as big a deal. Lord Jesus help us to communicate your love of all people, big and small! Thank you Lord Jesus for my son. He teaches me daily about you!
