Balance Sheet could be worse ... -- Y/Y AccntRec +5.4% on a 3.1% decline in sales (not great) ... 100 DSO v. 92 DSO (using 4x3Q) -- Inventories down 8.1% (they had better be!) ... Turns 5.16 v. 4.4 (using 4x3Q) Sequential cash ... no biggie ... year over year big numbers in ST Debt (financing 4Q) ... Don't know how many Rec.'s they sold during the quarter (they probably don't either) ... Aside from that, it looks like the disaster that we anticipated (once they told us that TLC had finally blown up!!!). --Duker
