LOL! Better watch the ones that have those little "returned and re-wrapped" stickers on 'em because the first buyer or three couldn't make them work! You can also go down to Main Street and choose from a range of hookers. Or, you can marry an attractive and intelligent woman with a career.

Qwik, in the black and white world that you paint PC's have equated to frequent reboots, general unreliability, and lost information. Whilst this information is not completely un-true, I will say that RAS of PC hardware and software has vastly improved since the early days of DOS and Windows 3.x. "PC RAS (with NT)" has improved to the point that it is ideal for any desktop and server environment.

Price wise it is superior as well.

We will soon see X86 commoditize the traditional proprietary iron vendors server business. Linux or NT on a n-way INTC box is a perfect server solution. If you need more power then build a distributed application that allows you to connect up to N more n-way INTC boxes.

IMHO only.
