Pete, Have you read though this exchange offer? biz.yahoo.com Man....things are happening quick...I must say. This looks really neat? They are going to take most of the common shares....the ones people are worried about being dumped....and retiring them.....and I guess a bunch of the float also....if guys like you and I participate. In the exchange...I would get one for two......a share of restricted prefered, that I can trade back in 12 months.....for 3 shares of common instead of 2........and also get additional prefered dividend shares based on a set value of $15.00. I think these guys are saying that they want to lift the uncertainty of large blocks being out there.....tighten up the float even more.....and basically buy a year's time to get this off the ground. I think they are trying to clean this up......so that new cash will feel comfortable entering the situation......yes? I guess I like the looks of this..........although I will need to study it more. I like the retiring of 1.6 million shares....for sure Any thoughts? bg
