Channel, The term you were looking for, Dan, was channel. Now if I may rephrase your statement... "In summary, it will take more than just a bulk email company to dominate the channel side of the internet and all that preoccupation with other email companies you sometimes see is just that -- preoccupation. Thus, the successful "investor" in this sector will be those who look past the facade and into the science the company stands on." BTW, we are all "investors" here. You sound so much better when you clean up your act.
