I hope everyone had the chance to listen to the CC. I'm not going to post a fully summary, just a few highlights for discussion. T represented 52% of revs. No other 10% customers, but RCN, Charter, and TWX significant. Digital revs. up 57% from 2Q, with several new customers. Gross margin at 44%, sees slight improvement ahead but not such large leaps. 18% operating margins...cautions not to expect increases since this is higher than business model. Tax rate will be 36% next year. DSO down to 60 from 64 last quarter. Excellent! Sees T at less than 50% of revs. next quarter. Still sequential growth, but less than the 39% reported this quarter. Strong demand for Metrolink - not just T, but selling to 12 customers. Encouraged by response to digital products. Expects significant rev. next year. Expects T to be at or near steady run rate, but Salt Lake City trial may be the beginning of the next big upgrade cycle. Question about producing mini nodes like Antec and C-Cor. Ley gave a funny answer - he said their goal is produce end to end systems, and he had no other comment. Is something up here? Most TranSEND customers int'l - hopes to see increases domestic now that scrambling standards appear to be resolving themselves with the selection of settop boxes. Can Lightwire be installed without MetroLink DWDM? Answer: Good news, you need both! Expects T to begin deploying Lightwire in Q1
